About us

Dilla Holding is a holding company owned and operated by the three brothers Daljinder, Kawal and Jas Kahlon. The company was founded in 1995 and operates mainly with the restaurant business. The company currently owns eleven restaurants, three pubs and one nightclub spread over Oslo, Fredrikstad and Bergen. The restaurants have unique concepts and different atmosphere for everyone.


Restaurant Hanami in Oslo is a fine dining restaurant with focus on carefully selected fresh ingredients, to creating the unique and great flavors and that is a visual feast. The surroundings, chefs and waiters have the little extra and will make the experience complete. Four restaurants are Jacob Aall Brasserie & Bar, this are places to visit regardless of the occasion and whom you're with. We promise a great experience and warm atmosphere with good food with focus on seasonal ingredients.

One of the restaurants are Big Horn Steak House that is an American-style Steak House who want to give our guests a real steak experience in a traditional and casual atmosphere. Nama was Bergen's first sushi restaurant where the whole ingredients, composition, accessories and service to create the good life. Fabbrica in Fredrikstad focusing on good Italian food. Pharma - Kjøkken & Bar serves food with the world as inspiration. It's located superbly on the waterfront in Fredrikstad. Alibi is our nightclub located in central Fredrikstad. On alibi you can book a table and enjoy skillfully crafted cocktails from our handpicked bartenders. Every weekend, a Dj set the right atmosphere and fill the dance floor.

Cargo restaurant & bar is located on Sørenga. It is a full-fledged Italian restaurant focusing on tasty and varied food, casual atmosphere and authentic cuisine. Hinoki - Sushi & Grill is our latest addition and is located in Lillestrøm. Hinoki is a modern and simple Japanese restaurant with focus on the finest quality ingredients and great taste. Here we serve robata grilled meat and fish, and present sushi in a different way.

In our subsidiaries, we have over 300 employees. Seventeen employees work with the daily operations of our companies. We are located in Oslo and visitors can contact our office on the 1th floor in Grønnegata 10.

The place to visit whether you are just going to have a coffee with a colleague, have an evening out with a date or a night out with friends. We serve whatever you fancy, perhaps a latte or a dinner of tapas followed by cocktails? In our warm atmosphere we promise good mood regardless of setting. Sit down on a sofa in front of the fireplace, take a seat at the long table for a dinner or enjoy our warm outdoor seating that is cozy all year round. Fabbrica

Exceptional good food! Ultimately, it's about good food. For us, frozen food a negative word. We prepare fresh ingredients from the morning without shortcuts, and this lays the foundation for a consistent quality of our dishes. Following old traditions, all we serve has been in the pizza oven. We have no microwave or deep fryer. The result is not only healthy, but the flavors are intact and intense. Here at the pizza factory we make pizzas, which our proud chefs make by old crafts and Italian traditions.

Hanami's concept is simple. Traditional Japanese art of cooking, with Robata grill and Izakaya, merging with a trendy twist. Fine dining in a new way-the packaging is different, the same quality with a focus on Norwegian ingredients of exceptional quality. Hinoki - Sushi & Grill

Hinoki is a modern and simple Japanese restaurant with focus on the finest quality ingredients and great taste. Here we serve robata grilled meat and fish, and present sushi in a different way.

Hinoki suitable for any occasion, whether you want to grab takeout on a Monday, or celebrate an anniversary in the weekend. The restaurant is located close to the train station, parking garage and "Norges varemesse" in Lillestrøm.

Cargo Restaurant & Bar

Cargo is a full-fledged Italian restaurant focusing on tasty and varied food, casual atmosphere and authentic cuisine. We serve everything from antipasti, pizza from a stone oven and fresh pasta, meat and fish straight from the grill - everything is made ​​from scratch!

The restaurant seats 200 guests inside and the sunny outside can accommodate 170 guests. With a view to the Oslo opera house and the location on the waterfront, Cargo is the perfect place for a good drink or a snack in the sun.

Skipperstuen Pub

One of Bergen's oldest pubs. Come and experience an unpretentious and lively place where people gather over a beer to live music and great atmosphere. The pub has a nice casual atmosphere with live music Wednesday through Sunday. Recessed exterior with heat lamps and outdoor all year round. Do not forget the tea dance every Saturday afternoon from at. 15-17! We are open every day, welcome!

The Pub

The Pub is the people's bar on Majorstuen. We have a wide range of quality beverages both beers, whiskeys, wines and classic and exciting new cocktails that will satisfy everyone. Our bowler bartenders welcomes you and can guide you in your choice of beverages, they have great knowledge of The Pub's temptations. Pharma - Kjøkken & Bar

On Pharma we serves what we want to eat, with the world as inspiration. Everything we serve is of the highest quality, and the menu will vary from week to week with ingredients that is in season. I forbindelse med etableringen av Jamie Oliver's verdenskjente konsept, Jamie's Italian, i Oslo søker vi nå etter to dyktige assisterende restaurantsjefer.
Sommeren 2017 åpner Jamie's Italian i nye, store lokaler på Aker Brygge. Lokalet huser ca. 170 sitteplasser inne og ca. 180 sitteplasser i en solfylt uteservering på bryggekanten.

I siste halvdel av februar åpner et nytt pizzeria i sentrale, nyoppussede lokaler midt på Grünerløkka. Pizzerian vil huse ca. 90 sitteplasser inne, og 70 sitteplasser i uteservering.
I den forbindelse søker vi etter en dyktig kjøkkensjef og assisterende kjøkkensjef med erfaring fra det italienske kjøkken.
